2. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings must be made online or by phone.

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Missed service due to inaccessible bins may result in a service fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon booking or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• All major credit cards are accepted.

• Recurring services may be billed automatically.

4. Service Access

Customers must ensure bins are accessible at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for services missed due to locked gates, blocked bins, or similar issues.

5. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing bin conditions or structural weaknesses. Services may be delayed due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and service materials are the property of JIT Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JIT Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
